Led by Michele Jogee, now our Head of Homecare, we've prioritised personal connections with our nurses and clients, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful and every care plan is truly person-centred.

Innovation in service of care. We develop our own robust IT infrastructure and applications, designed specifically to meet our clients' unique needs. Our custom-built CARE Notes system provides comprehensive care documentation and seamless communication between our care teams, ensuring continuity and consistency in every client's care journey. Complementing this, our eMAR (electronic Medication Administration Record) system ensures accurate medication management, reducing errors and providing real-time visibility into medication administration. These purpose-built systems enable us to monitor our clients at home in real-time, allowing us to be proactive rather than reactive in our care approach.

Our digital health tools enable us to share vital information seamlessly with the wider healthcare team - from GPs to specialists - ensuring that every professional involved in a client's care has access to the most current information.
