HP Homecare is a specialist private service, led and clinically managed by nurses. We offer discerning clients across central London sustained, high-quality care — not informal or ad-hoc hourly visits. Shifts are normally 8 to 12 hours per day. We recruit only serious, experienced professionals who reflect our standards.

Who we are, and whom we recruit
  • We are a premium specialist provider operating in central London and the surrounding areas, with clinical oversight from registered nurses.
  • We are looking for the best-qualified, most reliable nurses and carers — people who treat this role with professional seriousness.
  • This is not hourly “pop-in” domestic care. Assignments typically run 8 to 12 hours per day, reflecting sustained private care in clients' homes.
  • You must be willing to serve central London reliably and, where required, travel on public transport between assignments.
