Perfectly placed central London position for immediate start requiring a carer with significant experience of caring for an older person with chronic health condition resulting in dependency for all personal care needs, meal preparation, and coordinating the daily routine. We require a physically strong carer who can support the client with transfers between rooms and also out in wheelchair to local cafeteria which is an important part of the daily care plan. Closely monitored by our head of Homecare any necessary equipment or support required to enable a safe care routine for both client and care will be coordinated and regularly reviewed. This position offers the benefit of long shifts and regular work with generous pay rates.
