| Excellent homecare service at Health Professionals | | | Reviewer: J Armstrong (London, United Kingdom) | | I suffer from a combination of progressive conditions, so I fully accept that I’ll always need healthcare at home. But finding skilled and sensitive homecare is far from easy. And, before I engaged Health Professionals my experiences of daily care from other organisations were just dreadful, and bordered on incompetence.
From our very first conversation I felt comfortable and confident that they would be able to care for me in my home. Registered Manager Michele is especially excellent and we’ve struck up quite a friendship.
Now, since engaging Health Professionals my life and wellbeing have dramatically improved. I have 4 carers on rota visiting twice daily, and they’re all caring, sensitive and skilled at what they do. Whether they’re helping me in and out of bed, attending to my personal cleanliness or serving my meals, I always feel safe and secure. After all, it’s all about trust; and I trust Health Professionals completely. |

After 5 weeks of exemplary care, having fully regained her independence, she said her goodbyes to a group of consummate professionals who had treated her with dignity, respect and kindness and had become her friends.
My expectations of your organisation were high from the moment that we spoke by phone and you assured me that arrangements would be made for round the clock home care to commence as soon as needed.
Every aspect of your service, from the pristine uniforms and well-trained care personnel to the efficient office staff and careful record keeping, represents the benchmark for quality care.
