Health Professionals Homecare is a specialist private homecare and home nursing service. From our offices in Knightsbridge London, our specialist homecare service provides highly trained registered nurses and carers at short notice within London and the UK.

The Health Professionals Homecare team are highly skilled specialist nurses trained to provide a wide range of home nursing from oncology, to cardiology, from surgical to medical, care of the elderly to palliative care.

We provide home support for patients with complex needs who wish to stay at home as well as providing care at home following Hospital admission.

And we also provide highly skilled carers for support when nursing care is not required.

We are a 3 star CQC Organisation and BUPA Insurance accredited.
  

Home Care

Each of our nurses and carers is personally vetted at our London Knightsbridge offices and has a minimum of two years’ home care experience.
 
This ensures our home nursing team are as competent administering drugs or changing dressings, as they are in daily care routines. And equally as important, our private home nurses are all hand chosen as people we’d like to have looking after us should we need care at home.

Home Nursing Assessment

Before a Homecare nurse is assigned to care, Health Professionals Homecare’s Registered Manager conducts and documents a complete personal patient healthcare, and home environment risk assessment which means that we understand our patients’ needs from both a medical and personal perspective.
