I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Health Professionals Homecare for everything you have done for my mum and dad.
It was really sad to say 'au revoir' to Elaine and Hilary last Friday - they, Agnes, and everyone (all experienced specialist pallative nurses) have been amazing and have given our mum so much - they were amazed at how well she has done when she went back into the Harley Street Clinic last week - for just a day!
We will keep in touch and it's good to know you're there.
Thank you for everything.
